Log into the Case Log System  

The Case Log System is a web application within ADS where residents and fellows (in certain specialties) are required to log their clinical experiences on an individual case basis. Depending on the specialty, the components used to build these cases are Common Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes, International Classification of Diseases (ICD9) codes, and/or descriptors. Programs have access to the system and are able to review the information logged by their residents or fellows through the reporting and search tools. These data are grouped into specialty-specific categories by the Review Committees, and may be used as program performance indicators.
